Strictly Come Dancing’s Joe Sugg sparked concerns of a ‘fix’ after he scored very different scores for his performance.
He performed a basketball-themed street dance with Dianne Buswell, where he was flinging big and small balls all over the place (basketballs, of course.)
The dance was fast paced, but Craig Revel Horwood thought there were messy moments, as well as Darcey Bussell.
However, Bruno Tonioli and Shirley Ballas seemed to be big fans of the dance, so much so that they both gave it a 10, while Craig offered up a seven and Darcey a score of eight.
Fans were concerned there was a "fix" afoot, with one tweeting: "Strictly such a fix for Joe. How can Craig give a 7 and two judges give a 10. Madness. # Strictly"
Another added: "TWO 10s!!!!!! ITS A FIX!!!! # strictly"
There have previously been concerns about Faye Tozer and Ashley Roberts’ performances and high marks, as both have admitted to previous dance training.
Joe is currently favourite to win the competition overall, with thirteen million followers across Instagram and YouTube seen as a powerful asset that will see him coast through any public vote.
Although and Stacey Dooley are currently the favourites to lift Strictly’s coveted glitterball trophy, there is a surprise coming for the bookies, according to judge Shirley Ballas.
Speaking to the BBC’s One Show, the 58-year-old Queen of Latin hinted at an upset in the show’s grand finale, although she stopped short of naming the celebrity that she believed would actually walk away with the trophy.
She said: “I think it’s a really level playing field.”
Presenter Angela Scanlon urged Shirley to commit to a prediction of the winner, but all she would say was “I do feel it might be an unexpected result, so that much I’ll give you.”
Strictly Come Dancing continues on Sunday night on BBC1.
