1. Coronation Street: Gemma’s fairytale is over (Monday at 7.30pm on ITV)
Following her successful trial shift at The Rovers, excited Gemma thinks this is the week Henry will seal the deal and make her the landlady of her beloved boozer. But Gem’s hopes of having her name above the door of Weatherfield’s watering hole are put on hold when Peter reveals that Henry has failed to sign the contract.
Confronting Henry, Gemma is left stunned when the Newton & Ridley brewery heir makes a shocking confession, before begging for her forgiveness. Will she fall for his latest claims?
While heartbroken Gemma tries to get her head round what Henry’s done, Toyah is keen to push forward with the pub sale, and turns her attention to Johnny and Jenny Connor. How will Gemma deal with the devastation of losing out?
2. EastEnders: Gang danger in the Square (Tuesday at 7.30pm on BBC One)
Little Dennis gets himself mixed up with the wrong crowd when he agrees to do a favour for a gang of older boys in return for dosh. Later, Keanu (who has been assigned by Phil to babysit Dennis for the day) is unnerved when he finds a rucksack with suspicious contents stashed away in The Arches.
The following day, Dennis rocks up at the garage looking for the bag, shortly followed by the gang. Phil arrives on the scene to scare the yobs away, and as Dennis receives a threatening text from his new enemies, Keanu makes a further disturbing discovery.
Worried for Sharon’s son’s safety, the mechanic reassures a petrified Dennis he’ll sort this mess out, but soon realises it won’t be that simple when he finds The Arches has been broken into and vandalised in graffiti. Is Keanu in peril too?
3. Emmerdale: Will Rebecca be rescued? (Tuesday at 7pm on ITV)
Hostage Rebecca is losing hope of ever seeing the light of day again as she remains trapped in the woodland cabin. With the clock ticking and her attempts to break free from her chains all failed, Bex experiences further devastation when her water supply runs out.
But help could be on its way when Angelica, Carl, April, Heath, Cathy and Arthur hear strange noises in the distance while they’re exploring the woods together.
When Lachlan arrives back from holiday and discovers the village youngsters’ whereabouts, he rushes to the forest, desperate to get to his prisoner first. But he might already be too late as the kids approach the shack and prepare to open the door… What will they discover inside?
4. Hollyoaks: MagalufOaks kicks off (Friday at 7pm on E4)
It’s hen party time as the McQueens descend on Magaluf ready to go wild for Mercedes’s impending wedding. But Myra and co are less than impressed when Mercy reveals her groom-to-be is none other than former hubby Russ Owen.
Refusing to believe she’s a changed woman, Myra and Goldie ply Mercedes with booze, so that Russ can catch her in a compromising position. But there’s a spanner in the works when a shock revelation leads Mercedes to call off the wedding and head to the airport. Can her family pull together to save her big day?
Elsewhere, Nana’s blind date doesn’t turn out to be quite what she expected, and Goldie witnesses an intriguing conversation between Courtney and Liam Donovan…
5. Neighbours: Chloe’s heartbreaking diagnosis (Monday at 1.45pm and 5.30pm on Channel 5)
Karl is the bearer of bad news, when he reveals to Chloe the results from her medical trial in LA – she’s tested positive for the Huntington’s gene, a degenerative brain disorder which has no cure. Stunned by the life-changing news, and not wanting to ruin Aaron’s happiness over his impending wedding to David, Chloe seeks solace in downing drinks.
But Karl is concerned and advises Chloe to come clean to her siblings, as they too will need to be tested for the gene. Will Chloe find the courage to tell her family the truth, or continue to suffer in silence?
6. Coronation Street: Duncan frames Sally? (Friday at 8.30pm on ITV)
After finding himself charged with fraud for stealing the charity funds, Duncan hires hot shot solicitor Imran to represent him. During their first meeting at the police station, Duncan pins the blame on Sally, explaining to his new brief he only pinched the dosh because Sally put him up to it. Imran is unconvinced that a pillar of society like Sal would ever be involved in such dodgy dealings, but Duncan is ready to play dirty, insisting he’s got the evidence to prove it.
Later, Imran fills Adam in on the situation, and his colleague warns him against playing with fire. Will Rana’s brother end up getting his fingers burnt?
7. EastEnders: Stuart gives the Carters a scare (Monday at 8pm on BBC One)
Stuart’s presence is still looming over the Carter clan as they receive a cryptic note from Tina’s tormentor. Deciding not to let her know about the letter, Mick and Linda whisk T away on a mini-break to Southend, while Shirley enlists Halfway’s help in setting up a meeting with Stuart. The pair pay a visit to Stuart’s flat, only to discover the place is empty, and further searches around his regular haunts are equally fruitless.
Tina’s fuming when she arrives back in Walford and learns about the note, but after initially kicking off, she calms down and vows not to let Stuart win. But there could be danger looming for the Carters as sinister Stu is back at his flat, plotting to get his revenge on them all..
8. Emmerdale: Sarah’s given a lifeline (Thursday at 7pm on ITV)
Debbie’s prayers are finally answered this week when the cardiologists at the hospital reveal they have found sick Sarah a new heart. Aware that the news means her teenage daughter will now be faced with a life or death operation, Debbie struggles to keep her emotions under control as the docs discuss the formalities of the tricky transplant.
With her frightened family by her side, Sarah is prepped for surgery. But will it all go to plan, or are the Dingles going to be faced with even further devastation?
9. Hollyoaks: Scott discovers the truth about Ollie and Buster? (Tuesday at 7pm on E4)
Ollie’s ordeal at the hands of evil abuser Buster has gone unnoticed by everyone in the village up until now, but Scott starts to sense something is wrong when he hears Luke’s lad has missed football training. Knowing this is completely out of character, Scott shares his concerns with Ste, who advises him to speak to Ollie’s family.
But while Scott considers what to do, Ollie is left even more troubled when Luke tells his son that he drinks to forget the dark things that have happened to him. Curious to know whether alcohol helps block out pain, will Luke’s words lead the tormented teen down a destructive path?
10. Home and Away: Ty comes out at school (Thursday at 1.15pm and 6pm on Channel 5)
After calling time on his romance with Raffy, Ty is angry to see his ex being taunted by the school bullies about their break up. Unable to allow Raffy to take the flack, Ty intervenes and loudly reveals the real reason they split – because he’s gay. Seconds after coming out to everyone, Ty suffers a huge panic attack and flees.
The next day, Ty can’t face going back to school and face his tormentors, fearing he’ll be an easy target because of his sexuality. In an act of solidarity for their friend, Coco, Raffy and Ryder announce that if Ty doesn’t want to go back to the school, then neither are they. Will their support help Ty face his fears and be proud of who he is?
