Who is he and what is he famous for?

Ben Jardine, 36, is a millionaire property tycoon.

Ben first stepped into the public eye in September 2017 when he married a woman he’d never met before on Channel 4 reality show Married At First Sight.

He and Steph married as total strangers, and their relationship lasted just three months.

They’d been paired together through science, and were the only couple to actually stay together after the big day.

But just a few months later, Ben shockingly pulled the plug on their relationship in January after snogging a ‘friend’ who claims they were in a full-on relationship.

Steph was left heartbroken, and hurt even further when she found out Ben was leaving her after he announced it during an interview on FUBAR Radio.

However, by UK law they have to wait until 12 months after their wedding day for the divorce to be given the go-ahead.

Ben was spotted outside a London solicitors recently with a beaming smile on his face.

Is he definitely going on Celebrity Big Brother?

A source told The Sun that Ben is heading into the house after "a year from hell".

They said: "It means he can finally put the past behind him and move on."

* Celebrity Big Brother starts at 9pm on Thursday 16 August on Channel 5.
