Thunivu and Varisu Box office collections : Kollywood popular star Ajith Kumar came up with an action drama Thunivu which was released on 11th January and it clashed at the box office with Thalapathy Vijay and Kannada lady Rashmika Mandanna starrer family drama Varisu, which also arrived at the theaters on the same day. Both the movies received mixed response by the movie lovers and the critics. Here is the Thunivu and Varisu 2 Days Australia Box office collections report:

The romantic and family drama Varisu is helmed by Vamsi Paidipally and funded by Dil Raju Sirish under the banners of Sri Venkateswara Creations and PVP Cinema. Varisu also has Shaam, Khushboo, Prakash Raj, Srikanth, Yogi Babu, and R Sarath Kumar in the supporting roles. The movie depicts Thalapathy Vijay as a young man in the character of a business tycoon, who meets his love while managing his father’s empire.
Thunivu starring Ajith Kumar and Manju Warrior follows a dreaded gangster named Radha. He and his men plan to rob one bank in Chennai, only to realize that another gang led by Dark Devil, has already hijacked a bank.
