Story: Babu is a delivery boy who lives with his friends. He is not happy with his salary and life, so he decides to quit, but then his friend gives him an idea. The idea, however, soon spirals out of control and Babu falls in trouble .Will Babu survive the circumstances of his own actions?
- Sri Simha’ Performance
- Sathya’ Comedy
- Few scenes in Second half
Performance: Keervani’ son Sri Simha does a decent job in this film which marks his debut in Tollywood. His character has two shades, a frustrated young man, and a confused, tensed man. Athulya Chandra looks cute on the screen. Comedian Satya’ comedy is good. Vennela Kishore, Brahmaji, Pawala Shyamala and others perform accordingly.
Technical: Camera work is top notch. Production values of Mathu Vadalara are good. The background music by Kaala Bhairava is terrific. Production design is commendable. Editing is ok but it could be better by chopping few dragged scenes. The director has used an interesting screenplay coupled with right actors to narrate the story in an engaging manner. Coming on the work of Ritesh Rana, he tries to weave suspense with a different narration and become successful to impress the movie lovers. The background score, picturisation, and comedy are the major attractions .
Analysis: Mathu Vadalara is an edge-of-seat neo-noir film. Superbly written, directed in a very entertaining and engaging way.
