AP CM Jagan Mohan Reddy to meet PM Modi to discuss….

Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy is going to  meet Prime Minister Narendra Modi in New Delhi. This meeting will take place on December 28.

CM Jagan Reddy will leave for Delhi in the afternoon after completing his tour in Anakapalli district on the day. Earlier CM had met Modi this month at the G20 preparatory meeting held in Delhi with the leaders of all political parties. Later, Jagan also held a video conference with the Prime Minister on the G20 preparatory meetings.

Jagan Reddy is flying to Delhi for Modi’s support. Andhra Pradesh has borrowed loans beyond its limit. The overall debts of Andhra Pradesh is close to Rs 10 lakh crore. CM Jagan Mohan Reddy is seeking PM’ intervention and support to increase the loan limit for AP.

 The reports are also coming that Jagan Reddy is planning to invite the Prime Minister to lay the foundation stone for the Kadapa steel plant.  The steel plant was part of provisions of Andhra Pradesh Reorganisation Act 2014 along with Polavaram Project, railway zone in Vizag and Ramayapatnam port. The Centre is already funding the Polavaram Project, and Jagan is likely to ask Modi’ to direct the government to fund the steel plant.
