The Hindu-Academic Pentathlon on Nov 8

The Kannur edition of The Hindu-Academic Pentathlon for higher secondary students will be held at Amani Auditorium here on November 8.

The Hindu-Academic Pentathlon, being organised by The Hindu Future India Club in association with Vignan University, is a scholastic competition covering quizzes in mathematics, physics, chemistry, elocution in English, and fine arts (music and dance).

The event here is open to Plus One and Plus Two students in north Kerala.

Each team should consist of 10 students, with a two-member group participating in each of the five fields. A school can send more than one team. The top two teams with the maximum overall score in all the five fields will be awarded trophies and medals and will qualify for the grand finale of The Hindu-Academic Pentathlon in Kochi. The event was already held in Kozhikode and Kochi and after its Kannur edition, it will be held in Alappuzha and Kollam.
