Green Line metro passengers experienced a tense moment when the train stopped abruptly owing to a technical snag at Rajajinagar on Sunday morning.
According to Bangalore Metro Rail Corporation officials, the train departed from Rajajinagar towards Kuvempu Road station when the loco pilot noticed a technical fault, stopped the train and got down to inform the station controller. Since it was stopped abruptly, passengers panicked for sometime.
The station controller examined the train, found there was no technical issue, and advised the loco pilot to proceed. The train reached the next station 10 minutes late.
