Technology interventions for innovations in higher education, strengthening entrepreneurship by ensuring an effective higher education eco-system, and building successful connections between industry and academia for a future ready workforce are some of the key aspects that would come up for discussion at the higher education conference to be held on August 31.
Best practices in focus
Being organised by the Telangana State Council of Higher Education (TSCHE), the conference would also discuss best practices in teaching learning, evaluation and assessment for modern technology-enabled workplace and role of accreditation.
At a press meet, TSCHE chairman T. Papi Reddy said that the deliberations would centre on the theme ‘Best Practices in Higher Education, Innovation, Incubation and Entrepreneurship’.
Pritam, former director of IIM-Lucknow, would deliver the keynote address while Deputy Chief Minster Kadiyam Srihari and Katherine B. Hadda, Consul General, US Consulate General, Hyderabad, would participate.
Experts and academicians from across the country would take part in the conference, he said, adding it will lay the road for improving the higher education in the State.
