“We are spending a lot of money on welfare schemes. I am happy to note that Guntur stands first in the distribution of pensions and also in the citizen satisfaction survey and this should be a role model for all the districts,” said Mr. Naidu.

The CM said that nodal officers should visit every village and spend two days interacting with people and knowing first hand the issues relating to grounding of welfare schemes.

“I want everyone to be satisfied and you are key to achieving satisfaction in the beneficiaries,” Mr Naidu.

Chief Secretary Dinesh Kumar said that nodal officers would be given parameters to measure satisfaction levels.

Minister for IT Lokesh, Minister for Civil Supplies P. Pulla Rao and senior officers were present.
