Southern Railway has announced the following changes in train services in Tiruchi division due to engineering works underway in various sections:
The Tiruchi – Thanjavur – Tiruchi Passenger (T.No.76824/76827) will be cancelled on August 11,18 and 25.
The Tirunelveli – Mayiladuthurai – Tirunelveli Passenger (T.No.56822 / 56821) will be partially cancelled between Tiruchi – Thanjavur – Tiruchi from August 10 to 31.
The Tiruchi – Maiyaladuthurai Express ( T.No.16234 ) will be dealt on wrong line between Alakkudi – Thanjavur and arrive 60 minutes late at Mayiladuthurai from August 8 to 31.
The Nagercoil – Chatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Terminus Bi-Weekly Express (T.No.16352 ) will be dealt on wrong line and reach 45 minutes late at Villupuram on August 19.
The Chennai Egmore – Madurai Vaigai Express (T.No.12635 ) will be regulated 17 minutes at Ottakovil and will arrive 20 minutes late at Tiruchi on August 18, 20 and 21.
The Chatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Terminus – Nagercoil Junction Bi-Weekly Express (T.No.16351 ) will be regulated 15 minutes at Ariyalur and reach 15 minutes late at Tiruchi on August 12 and 15.
The Tiruchi – Nagore Passenger (T.No.76854 ) will be regulated at Tiruvarur and reach 15 minutes late at Nagore on August 14.
The Nagore – Tiruchi Passenger (T.No.76853 ) will be regulated at Nagapattinam and reach 30 minutes late at Tiruchi on August 13.
The Karaikal – Tiruchi Passenger (T.No. 56711) scheduled to leave Karaikal at 12.30 p.m. will rescheduled to leave at 1.15 p.m. from August 11 to 16, a Southern Railway press release said.
