Tom Parker’s heartbroken wife Kelsey’s devastating tribute in full: ‘He was our world’

Tom Parker's devastated wife Kelsey paid a lengthy and emotional tribute to him as she announced that he had passed away from a brain tumour at the age of 33.

Taking to her Instagram account on Wednesday, Kelsey wrote: "It is with the heaviest of hearts that we confirm Tom passed away peacefully earlier today with all of his family by his side.

"Our hearts are broken, Tom was the centre of our world and we can't imagine life without his infectious smile and energetic presence."

Kelsey, who shares children Aurelia, two, and Bodhi, one, with Tom, continued: "We are truly thankful for the outpouring of love and support and ask that we all unite to ensure Tom's light continues to shine for his beautiful children."

She concluded her post with: "Thank you to everyone who has supported in his care throughout, he fought until the very end. I'm forever proud of you."

Kelsey added a series of red heart and shooting star emojis.

The heartbreaking post was accompanied by one snap of Tom and another family snap with their two children.

Fans swarmed to write their messages of condolences, with one person writing: "Sending so much love to you and your babies."

Another wrote: "Sending so much love to you and all the family my darling!!!! He was an absolute bright light & he will shine on you & the kids for the rest of time."

A third added: "Sending you so much love, absolutely heartbreaking" while a fourth commented: "Darling, I'm so sorry for this huge loss. My heart goes out to you and your family."

Tom was first diagnosed with a brain tumour in 2020, when he was told that it was inoperable.

With this in mind, he was warned he only had 12 to 18 months left to live.

Before his tragic death, Tom had spoken of his hopes of becoming cancer-free by March 2022.

"You'll always be classed as terminal," he said in October.

"They give you 12 to 18 months of survival. But that's the general statistics. Everyone we've spoken to has been way, way beyond that."
