These days faith, family and fitness are the only “F’s” that Tamra Judge gives.
“The Real Housewives of Orange County” star, 51, recently took to Instagram to answer fan questions and opened up about her diet and exercise. Judge co-owns a gym, CUT Fitness, with her husband and trained for a bodybuilding competition before Teresa Giudice competed on “The Real Housewives of New Jersey.”
Judge revealed on her Instagram stories that she is five feet, three inches tall and her weight fluctuates between 114 pounds and 120 pounds. She also shared that she does “weight training 4 times a week” to keep her fit physique and that “cardio is my weakness. I just started adding more cardio because I have a couple to lose. I try min 3 days a week.”
Her typical diet consists of “ground turkey (lean protein), veggies, good fats, complex carbs.”
“Don’t eat processed foods, sugars, breads, bad fats, limit alcohol,” she wrote. “NO SODAS. Be consistent and don’t starve yourself.”
The mom-of-three still struggles with balancing out drinking alcohol and her exercise routine while filming for the show, and admitted that she “gains body fat by the end of filming [the] season.” In the off-season, she “rarely” drinks.
Judge’s candor is nothing new, as she has been open about her plastic surgery and even went under the knife on camera.
“I never understood people that kept it hush-hush,” she previously told Page Six about her surgery, which included a face and neck lift. “I think that for me I don’t want young girls or even older women to think, ‘Oh my God her skin looks so flawless and what is she doing?’ I just feel like being honest is always the best. I’ve gotten an overwhelming and crazy amount of response.”
And let’s not forget, she posed completely naked while on a trip to Cabo San Lucas.
Season 14 of “The Real Housewives of Orange County” premieres Tuesday at 9 p.m. ET on Bravo.
