DJ Sara Cox has renewed her wedding vows to husband Ben Cyzer with a can of Stella in hand.
The broadcaster, 47, wore a wedding dress and renewed her vows at an inflatable castle, nine years after the couple first said ‘I Do’.
Sharing the news with fans on Instagram, Sara shared photos of the event, writing: “We renewed our vows with our best besti buddies @campbestivalshropshire …and the bride wore satin & carried a can of Stella”.
Sara’s followers congratulated her in the comments, with comedian Sarah Millican writing: “Glorious”.
Jules Von Hep wrote: “This is SENSATIONAL WORK SIS!”, while Gethin Jones posted a few laughing emojis and added: “Can of Stella!”
Sara and Ben first married in 2013 after dating for seven years.
Guests can get legally married at the festival, with the ceremony costing £40 per couple.
The website states: "Get dressed up in your wedding finery and get married to your best friend, your lover, or your enemy.
“Here we celebrate and worship the God of Love… free from the shackles of any religion! choose from two types of wedding ceremonies our big bling hip-hop wedding or our more traditional true love wedding.”
The couple met in 2006 while he was working as the head of account management at advertising agency Fallon London and Sara was working as a presenter at BBC Radio 1.
They share two children together, son Isaac, and daughter Renee. Ben is Sara's second husband, having been married to DJ Jon Carter for four years. She has daughter Lola Anne with him.
Speaking previously about her marriage, Sara told The Herald: "Overall, I've been really lucky. I had a bit of a false start with the old marriage stakes, when my first marriage went pear-shaped.
"But after that luckily I'm with Ben and I'm really happy and I've a great career, but I could just see how easily the odd decision you make or life getting in the way can affect things."
She may have got married with a can of Stella in hand, but earlier this year Sara went through gruelling fitness transformation, which saw her undertake a new fitness regime and abstain from alcohol for ten weeks.
Back in May, she posted various snaps and videos to social media showing off her workout routines and her buff new physique.
Captioning the post, Sara wrote: "YASSSSSS @thesixpackrevolution done & after 10 weeks I feel ruddy ace. Loved not drinking – tho 2 big family parties AND an all inclusive holiday on the wagon was a challenge but definitely worth it.”
She continued: "Been into fitness for a bit but really needed a kick up the tush & this has been brilliant. Pretty chuffed that I cracked it aged 47.
“Recommend it massively if you want to have a go. Thanks @iamscottharrison for all the support & @rylan for encouraging me to give it a go."
