Remember Ricci Guarnaccio from Geordie Shore? He's a movie star now.
Ricci, who starred on the MTV reality show from 2012 to 2013, is starring in Australian horror movie Boar.
The Geordie lad has said goodbye to his reality star days and hello to movie sets and premieres.
The 32-year-old plays Oscar in the creature feature that sees an Australian town terrorised by a horrifying killer boar.
Ricci, who also appeared on Celebrity Big Brother and Ex On The Beach, says he's managed to launch an acting career Down Under thanks to the huge popularity of Geordie Shore.
He told The Hollywood News : "I moved there in 2016 and I’m gonna move back over there next year. It’s just such a beautiful place, I love it. But to get Boar, I was touring Australia and I met the director on set there.
"He was, 'I’d love to get you involved in something one day', and then because I moved over he was saying, 'Let’s get Ricci in the film, let’s get Ricci in the film. We’ve got to kill him off!' So I had a few meetings with them and got the script, and went and did acting classes with a coach for four months."
Now, Ricci's got the acting bug and says he's love to land a part in an Aussie soap.
He said: "I would love to jump into something like Neighbours or Home and Away. I just feel like they’d be really enjoyable to do. Reality TV will always be there, always. I might be doing something in America at the end of this year, and in New Zealand, but I think acting for me at 31/32… so I think for longevity it would be something good to go into."
Ricci said his dream role would be alongside Sylvester Stallone.
The reality hunk, who was once engaged to Vicky Pattison, has been excitedly posting about the movie on his Instagram page.
Sharing a picture of the movie poster, he said: "Hey guys, I am super Excited and even more proud to announce that BOAR will be officially distributed in the USA (North America) by the legendary company that brings you "The Walking Dead, Fear the Walking Dead" and so much more…. AMC.
"Boar will premiere on their TV Network SHUDDER on June 6th 2019. Be sure to spread the word, jump on SHUDDER and check our our fun and F'd up Aussie Monster Pig Film BOAR."
Last year, Ricci shared a trailer for the movie, which sees his stumbling through a field, bloody and injuried.
He said: "NO words can describe how excited I am to be posting this….. the trailer to my FIRST ever CINEMA release film BOAR! Being a huge fan of horrors and to be cast along side some Aussie legends is mind blowing. also Big thanks to the director @christopherleesun your a ledge enjoy folks #boar #achrissunfilm #horror #universalstudios #film #australia"
