After heading home and slaving over her dinner, Michelle then returned to share the final results as she opened up the lid of a round bamboo steamer to showl the delicious gyozas and dumplings inside.

Over this, she wrote: "Inspired (as always) by @emmyclarkson," before adding: "If you can't go to the restaurant bring the restaurant to you," followed by a dumpling emoji.

"If I want a cheeseboard one night, I'll have it, without feeling guilty.

"[Previously] it was always a guilt for me, a lot of the time, and why I would be in the gym for two hours because I was like, 'oh I've really been bad this week, so I need to go to the gym, I need to work it off'.

"And I was in the gym for two hours," she explained. Michelle said she allows herself treat days but makes sure she gets her exercise done first before tucking into anything.

"I would definitely exercise first because that just sets me up for the day, and if I've already got that exercise done, I can tick it off a list, and I'll feel a lot better for the day.

"I've really got into walking in lockdown. I love going for walks with my dogs, getting a bit of fresh air, and getting coffee on the way round.

"With the dogs, in the sunshine, that for me is a big treat. And then come home, maybe have a bath and then have a really nice dinner, like, a treat dinner," Michelle divulged.
