Masterchef host Gregg Wallace has showed off his lean physique as he flexed for a post-gym picture on Instagram.
The 56-year-old star has transformed his body in recent years and in the new pic, he well and truly brings the heat out of the kitchen with the post, showing off his impressive, defined biceps in a white tank top and his muscular legs in black gym shorts.
In the snap, Gregg beams at the camera with his trade-mark grin.
He captioned the post: “Come On! Let’s eat well – lose weight – feel great!” before tagging his own nutrition and fitness platform, Show Me.Fit."
The comments are filled with nothing but admiration for the TV host – and mostly made up of fire emojis.
Many fans took the time to say how fantastic he looked, while some even citied him as an “inspiration” for their own lifestyle change.
The former greengrocer overhauled his life in 2017, when he swapped his fry-ups and weekly takeaways for the gym and healthy (but still hearty) meals.
Gregg previously spoke to The Sun about his impressive weight loss to discuss how difficult the process had been and share his top tips for anyone else wanting to make a change.
He said: “I made a conscious decision to cut down on fried and high sugar foods, as well as booze — which helped me lose weight.
“When I was at my biggest I was having a daily fry up, fish and chips once per week, takeaway a couple more times and drinking beer nearly every day.
“At first, I felt like I was missing out. But my body got used to what I was giving it and yours will too.”
The chef added that his weight loss down from 16½st and his trim figure didn't come at the expense of his enjoyment of food.
"Don’t cut out things you like – it will just make you miserable," he said. “I’m a huge fan of curries, chillies and stews and it is still possible to lose weight and eat hearty meals.”
His healthy meals went hand in hand with a rigorous exercise routine. Last summer Greg showed fans his ‘almost six pack’ that had emerged after his hard work in the gym and balanced lifestyle.
He added: “I’m at the gym most mornings because it works for me. But you have to decide how best to fit exercise into your life.
“Make your routine achievable and something you can do for the rest of your life and it will help you lose weight and keep it off.
“But you have to find something you can sustain.”
The TV star’s business Show Me.Fit assures people that “getting into shape is hard enough” but that his plan can “change your life forever.”
