Molly-Mae Hague knows a thing or two about being an influencer after amassing more than three million followers – and she reckons it isn't "rocket science".
The 20-year-old Love Island beauty has worked hard to build up her following and says there is a knack to achieving success but that anyone could do it.
Speaking to Mirror Celebs ahead of her Beauty Works collection launch, Molly-Mae explained how she was choosy about the brands she worked with and didn't want to "cash in" on deals just for the money.
"I don't want to show them things like a teeth whitening kit just because I'm getting good money for it it's not the way I worked before and it's not the way I'd move now.
"I know how it feels to be an influencer with a small amount of followers and work so hard for it, and I'm not going to give up doing that now just because I've got loads of followers."
She added: "I don't think it's rocket science to learn how to become an influencer."
Molly-Mae, who is still dating Tommy Fury after they met on the ITV2 dating show, said that because of the hard work that goes into being an influencer she wishes it was taken seriously.
She told Femail : "I think it is something that needs to be taken more seriously. The fact you can do it as a full time job is hard for some people to understand as not everyone knows what it details."
Molly-Mae said that it's "not always glamorous" and said that most people would probably "give up after a week" because you are always working.
Her secrets to success on Instagram include swapping clothes with your friends in order to save cash on new outfits.
She encouraged other wannabe influencers to "use your assets", like showing off your body or hair if that's what you see as your key strength.
