Loose Women’s Jane Moore announces split from husband after 20 years of marriage

Jane Moore has candidly revealed on live TV that she's separating from her husband of 20 years.

Jane married Gary Farrow in 2002, whom she shares three daughters named Ellie, Grace and Lauren.

"So Gary and I are separating," she shared on Wednesday's Loose Women.

"But it's weird that it's out there [in public] because we've been processing it for about a year.

"So we're both quite private people. We had discussed it last year… it was going to happen last year. And then he fell and broke his leg and, no, I didn't push him. Just want to put that out there. He fell and broke his leg. And obviously, then all bets are off."

Jane went on to say that she and Gary stayed in the same house together following his accident and will still spend this Christmas together in light of their separation.

The mum-of-three added that everything is still "amicable" between her and her ex as Jane opened up on looking after him.

"I have been sort of caring for him in that sense of the word," she explained. "It's enabled us to sort of segue to process it first of all, and to sort of segue nicely into a really good friendship.

"I mean, I would always say, he is my best friend. I hope if he was sitting here he would say, I'm his best friend, and I'm just very, very keen that we don't lose that element of it, you know, so, yeah, so we're still living together."

Jane added: "We're still doing Christmas together and then in the new year, we'll sell up. We'll buy our own houses, hopefully, you know, near each other."

Their separation comes after Gary landed himself behind bars ahead of their 2002 nuptials.

Jane previously recalled to her fellow Loose Women panellists: "So we got married and then between getting married and heading to the reception, Gary informed me that the night before, he'd been arrested and thrown in a police cell.

"Basically, there was a fire alarm and he wouldn't leave the hotel until he knew the kids were alright and they wouldn't let him know where the kids were. Anyway, he got lairy."

"He got arrested, chucked into the cells underneath the place," she added.

The two tied the knot at London's Claridge's Hotel.
