Nothing ends a feud like naming your makeup collection after the alleged rival, which points at the angst between the Kardashians and Taylor Swift are over for good.
Kylie Jenner has released her new Valentine’s Day lip kits and a number of the products bear the name of Taylor’s songs, as the 21-year-old gives a nod in the direction of the award-winning singer.
There had been beef between Kylie’s sister Kim Kardashian and 29-year-old Taylor for some time but the hatchet seems to have been buried and not in one of their backs.
While Kim has said that she has ‘moved on’ from feuding with Taylor, Kylie set about naming her lip gloss after tracks from the popular singer.
There is a lip gloss named ‘Story of Us’ in the Forever set, along with a lip liner called ‘Forever and Always’.
The first is also a track on Taylor’s third studio album Speak Now and the latter is from her second album Fearless.
The naming has come a week after 38-year-old Kim Kardashian West announced that she was done with hating on Taylor.
Speaking on Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen, Kim revealed that she was "over it" when asked about whether there was still beef with Taylor.
Kim went on to say, “I feel like we’d all moved on,” when questioned about any tensions between the pair.
It had all kicked off in 2016 when the Keeping Up With The Kardashians star had leaked edited clips of a phone call between Taylor Kim’s rapper husband, Kanye West .
The clips seemed to suggest that Taylor approved of Kanye’s lyric about her in ‘Famous’ but this was very wide of the mark.
Hitting back on Instagram at the time, Taylor wrote: “You don’t get to control someone’s emotional response to being called ‘that bitch’ in front of the entire world. He promised to play the song for me, but he never did.”
Now Taylor can take pride in being the name on the Kardashians lips, along with many of their fans that will buy a Kylie Jenner lip kit.
