Justin Timberlake made an appearance on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon on Friday night (January 29) and confirmed some big news regarding upcoming music.
When Jimmy asked the 39-year-old musician and actor about the future of his music and if it was “appropriate to say that a new Justin Timberlake album” in the works, Justin seemingly confirmed it.
“Yeah, we can say that. There’s a possibility,” Justin teased. “Let’s go with yes.”
Justin went on, revealing that he’s actually been in and out of the studio working on projects.
“I sat on Mirrors for like, four or five years,” Justin shared, when asked how he doesn’t get impatient in releasing the music. “I think I just take my time, maybe that’s my barometer — if I still love them as much when time goes by, hopefully people will after they hear them, when time goes by.”
Justin also talked about his newborn son, Phineas, with wife Jessica Biel.
The couple welcomed the new baby late last year and just recently revealed his name!
