“So my grandma is feeling a little bit fed up and down being stuck in and no one seeing her, so we’ve come over to her house, we’ve brought gloves and stuff, and we’re going to sit in her garden, while she sits in her conservatory, and keep her company for a little bit.

“We’re not going near her and we’re not transferring air, so we are still trying to keep this distancing thing happening.”

Dom then added to the video as the couple sit in the car, saying: “Just to hear another human being’s voice decreases anxiety and depression, so if you’ve got an old person in your life…”

Jess then added: “Obviously her health is my utmost concern during this time, she is older, but I don’t want her to get so down and upset about this whole thing and we only live around the corner, so we’ve literally gone from our house, in our car and we’re sat outside with gloves on. There’s no germs being spread.

“I’m not urging people to go and visit their grandparents and to go near them, but if she’s inside, windows closed and everything, then we will talk through the glass and let her see the baby.”

Jess then shared a video of herself talking to her grandmother through the window, before sharing an adorable snap of her baby boy pressed against the glass.

She then addressed fans while leaving the visit, writing: “Back home now – I’m not a medical expert, but just trying to keep all aspects of our health in tact, physical and mental!”
