Steven Gerrard and Frank Lampard are among the new batch of FIFA 19 Icons added to the new game’s release next month.
The former England pair – who are cutting their teeth in management these days – are included alongside Brazil 2002 World Cup winner Rivaldo, Portuguese legend Eusebio and Dutch icon John Cruyff as part of the new game’s release.
And according to EA Sports, it is Gerrard who comes out on top in the long-running debate about who is better between himself as the former Chelsea star.
Gerrard is given an overall rating of 91, ahead of Lampard on 90.

The former Liverpool captain – who these days manages Rangers – has a better rating than his ex-England midfield partner when it comes to pace, passing ability, dribbling, defending and the physical side of the game, with the pair level on 90 when it comes to shooting.
Lampard – who oversaw a win in his first competitive match in charge of Derby County on Friday night – comes out bottom of the five legends who have been added to the game.

Rivaldo is given a rating of 92 and Eusebio 93, with Cruyff regarded as the best of the new Icons with a rating of 94.
The new game is scheduled to be released across all platforms on September 28.
