EXCLUSIVE! Nawab Shah joins Suniel Shetty’s force against Rajinikanth in Darbar | Bollywood Life

South superstar Rajinikanth’s upcoming movie has been one of the most highly anticipated movies that have gone on the floors this year. The movie is directed by AR Murugadoss and will bring Rajinikanth back in the action avatar, as he plays an IPS officer. The movie is already on the floors and the star cast already looks promising. While Suniel Shetty plays the antagonist in the movie, Nayanthara will play the female lead. And as per BollywoodLife’s sources, Suniel Shetty won’t be alone in taking down Rajinikanth on the screens. According to a little birdie, Nawab Shah is also going to be a part of the action drama.

“Nawab will play a business tycoon in the narrative. He will be Shetty’s comrade and will be against Rajinikanth on the screens,” our source informed. Nawab is popularly known for playing an antagonist in movies like Don 2. The actor has kickstarted the shooting for his part in Darbar as well, the source confirmed.

When we contacted the actor, who was last seen in Tiger Zinda Hai, he confirmed the news, however, refused to divulge any further information. His upcoming projects also include Arjun Kapoor-led Panipat and Salman Khan-starrer Dabangg 3.

Nawab recently broke the internet when his pictures with girlfriend and former actress Pooja Batra were shared on his Instagram handle. When we contacted the Don 2 actor, then, he refused to comment on his personal life. “I would not like to talk or comment on my personal front,” Nawab had said then.

Coming back to the movie Darbar, the second schedule of the film has started in June. Apart from Rajinikanth, Suniel Shetty, Nayanthara, the Tamil film features several pan-India actors like Prateik Babbar, Sriman, Jatin Sarna and such. Anirudh Ravichander is composing the music for the film.

The movie is slated to release on January 15 next year.
