David Mugrabi’s estranged wife sues for cut of their townhouse

If ya can’t beat ’em, sue ’em!

Manhattan socialite Libbie Mugrabi has hauled her estranged art-titan hubby David Mugrabi to court, demanding a $57 million cut of their townhouse.

Her civil suit comes just weeks after the judge overseeing her divorce refused to block David from selling the $72 million manse.

The billionaire art dealer has said the E. 82nd St. property — former lair of Jocelyn “Catwoman” Wildenstein — belongs solely to him because it was purchased by an LLC controlled by his family.

David, his brother Alberto, and their father Jose own the world’s largest collection of artwork by Andy Warhol. Their art portfolio is worth an estimated $5 billion.

Libbie’s Manhattan Supreme Court suit says the bulk of the home’s $57 million value came from a five-year renovation funded by the ex-couple’s marital accounts. She’s suing David, his brother and a family trust for that amount.
