Coleen Rooney looked happy and relaxed as she posed for a family snap from her sun-kissed family getaway to Dubai.
The WAG is currently awaiting the verdict of the highly publicised seven-day Wagatha Christie trial, which came to a close last week, after lawyers made their closing statements at the Royal Courts of Justice on Thursday 19 May.
The case centres around fellow footballer's wife Rebekah Vardy's Instagram account, after Coleen accused it of being linked to fake stories about her being leaked to the press in October 2019, in a now-infamous Instagram post. Rebekah, 40, denies the allegation and is suing Coleen for libel.
Amid reports that 36 year old Coleen is "convinced she will win the trial", the mum-of-four put the drama to one side as she smiled for the sweet snap with her husband Wayne and their kids.
In the image taken from their luxurious Dubai resort, Coleen looked sensational as she showed off her bronzed glow in an off-the-shoulder blue printed dress.
Despite still wearing a foot brace due to a previous injury, Coleen smiled ear to ear as footballer Wayne draped his arm around her.
In front of the couple were their adorable brood, Kai, 12, Klay, eight, Kit, six, and Cass.
Wayne uploaded the snap to Instagram and captioned it with a camera, red heart and raised hands emoji.
The family ended up missing the final day of the Wagatha trial to jet off on their holiday.
The much talked about trial unexpectedly overran by a day, so the Rooneys went ahead with their holiday commitments after being granted permission by the judge, Mrs Justice Steyn.
The libel case was due to finish on Wednesday 18 May but went into extra time to allow barristers to prepare their final arguments at the Royal Courts of Justice.
Rebekah was in attendance during the final day of the trial and was spotted entering the courthouse without her husband Jamie Vardy by her side.
It has since been reported that Coleen is "convinced she will win Wagatha Christie trial" and will be "vindicated".
The Mirror reports that a close friend of Coleen said: "After the trial, Coleen had a cup of tea and packed her bags for holiday, confident she had won.
"She has told friends she will be vindicated, and she feels relieved that her truth is out there. This whole saga has been very painful."
The source continued: "She isn't counting her chickens as she knows the ultimate decision lies with the judge – but she's adamant she has told the truth throughout and that justice will prevail."
The verdict is expected in the coming weeks.
