Coleen and Wayne Rooney looked carefree and relaxed as they arrived at Manchester airport on Tuesday morning.
The pair were seen carting along their suitcases as they prepared to jet abroad to Dubai while the final day of the Wagatha Christie libel trial continued at the Royal Courts of Justice.
The libel case was due to finish on Wednesday but went into extra time to allow barristers to prepare their final arguments at the Royal Courts of Justice.
Expecting that the trial would have been over by now, the Rooneys have gone ahead with their holiday commitments with their brood after being granted permission by the judge, Mrs Justice Steyn.
After a week of smart ensembles for her court appearances, 36 year old Coleen opted for casual airport attire.
The mother of four was seen in a casual black button-down shirt that she teamed with matching ankle-crop trousers.
A Louis Vuitton handbag was draped over Coleen's shoulder as she pulled two suitcases while strolling along in one sandal while her other leg was still in a foot brace due to injury.
Coleen's chestnut coloured locks were pulled back into a low-key ponytail, and she opted for a simple slick of make-up.
Wayne was also dressed in a comfortable all-black ensemble, complete with a baseball cap, as he carted along a stack of suitcases on a trolley.
While the couple jet off with their brood, Mrs Justice Steyn is hearing the final arguments in the Wagatha Christie trial today before publishing a written judgment in the next few weeks.
Rebekah has been in attendance during the final day and was spotted entering the courthouse without her husband Jamie Vardy by her side.
She is suing Coleen for libel during the highly publicised Wagatha Christie trial.
The case stems from a social media post made by Coleen in October 2019, that said she had carried out a "sting operation" and accused the Dancing on Ice star of leaking "false stories" about her private life to the press.
Rebekah has always refuted the claims and denies leaking stories to the press. As a result, she is suing her fellow footballer's wife for libel, with Mrs Rooney defending the claim on the basis that her post was "substantially true".
Coleen's husband, former Manchester United player Wayne was called to give evidence on Tuesday.
Wayne told the court that following his wife's "reveal" post, things had been "very traumatic" for her and that he had watched Coleen "really struggle".
