Ashley Cain lost his beautiful eight month old daughter Azaylia in April and he's now revealed he still talks to her everyday since her passing, as he believes she is looking down on him and his partner Safiyya Vorajee.
The Ex on the Beach star, 30, told his Instagram followers to send him any questions, as he said he wanted to help parents who are also grieving over someone they have lost.
He wrote on his story: "As promised yesterday, I genuinely want to help if I can."
One of his followers responded: "Other grieving parents. We are in the same area as you. We are struggling. 8 months today for us."
Ashley said losing a children is "the most difficult thing" anyone can experience in life.
"Firstly I would like to send you my love and heartfelt condolences," he wrote in response.
"From one grieving parent to another I feel your pain, I really do. It is the most difficult thing you will ever experience in life.
He added that he finds comfort in knowing Azaylia is looking down on him and Saffiya, as he bravely continued: "But I really believe our children are watching down from us from heaven and I think it's so important for us to make them proud.
"For me, I find strength in my purpose: To continue the incredible legacy my daughter left behind, be a good person and do good things, help others going through their own struggles and earn my places while I'm here on earth so I can be with my baby again forever in heaven."
The reality TV star continued: "I also speak to my daughter everyday. I never close the door to any signs that I experience. And I carry strong faith that we will be reunited one day."

His latest update comes after Ashley admitted he’s finding grief “more difficult” as time goes on.
Opening up on his emotions back in May, he filmed his view, which included a large pond surrounded by trees and bushes.
“Coping seemed more difficult than usual today so I decided to run somewhere and try and find a little peace,” he said on Instagram alongside a leaf emoji.
"Right now, It’s taking everything I have to begin each new day. The pain of not being able to see my little girl is consuming my whole body," the star added.
“So this afternoon, I put on my new running trainers that I bought after Azaylia gained her angle wings.
"I got them in orange to represent Azaylia and her battle, in the hope they would inspire me to get out and work through the pain.”
